Soil Scientist (GS 9) on the Colville National Forest We are looking into various methods of filling a GS 9 Soil Scientist position on the Colville NF (Kettle Falls, WA). Among other methods, we are considering the Federal Intern Program. This program is for people who are not currently employeed by the Federal Government in a permanent capacity, and are graduating from college or have graduated in the past 2-3 years.
